Good, Bad - or Neutral?

"…" A machine is not good or bad. But it is not neutral either!
Is a knife good or bad? It depends: Buttering bread in the morning - great. Swinging it around at school - silly. A knife can cut. But also hurt. AI is similar: it can help, but also annoy. A knife is not neutral either: it is made for cutting. AI is made by people. People have flaws. People have accidental preferences. Those preferences end up in the AI.
